2. If your ad copy is ready to go, do one of the following:

a) Click on the ad template of your choice. A pre-addressed email window will open
automatically, with the template number already identified.
(i) Compose an email that includes the following information:
- The papers where you want your ad to appear
- Your preferred insertion dates
- Any special instructions or other information
- Your division name plus your name and phone number
(ii) Attach your ad copy as a Microsoft Word document (please do not put ad copy in
the email message itself) and you're done. A proof and a quote of your ad will be
emailed for your approval.

b) You can email all your information directly to from your desktop
without clicking a template.
(i) Compose an email that includes the following information:
- The papers where you want your ad to appear
- Your preferred insertion dates
- Any special instructions or other information
- Your division name plus your name and phone number
- The number of your template selection. If you don't specify a template number and have used a template previously, the template you chose most recently will be used.
(ii) Attach your ad copy as a Microsoft Word document (please do not put ad copy in
the email message itself) and you're done. A proof and a quote of your ad will be
emailed for your approval.
